All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in “AS NEW” and re-salable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or customized products.
Standard (Economy) Delivery – Domestic
When using our Economy Standard Delivery service, we estimate 2 – 7 working days for delivery from the day the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. When they are dispatched, you will receive an email. Economy Standard Delivery is shipped using USPS First Class.
Priority Shipping – Domestic
When using our Priority Delivery service, we estimate 2 – 4 working days for delivery from the day the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. When they are dispatched, you will receive an email. Priority Delivery is shipped using USPS Priority. Please note, these times are approximate and delivery may take up to 6 days depending upon your location. Please allow at least 6 working days before contacting our customer services team.
3 Business Day Shipping
When using 3 Business Day Shipping, orders must be placed before NOON PST and will take approx 3 FULL BUSINESS days (3 x24 hour periods) once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse. Orders placed after noon PST will dispatch the following business day (note: orders placed after noon on Friday will dispatch on Monday). If the order includes customized items please allow an additional 24 hours for processing.
When using our Economy Standard Delivery service, we estimate 8 – 15 working days for delivery from the day the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, when they are you will receive an email. Economy Standard Delivery is shipped using USPS First Class.
*Any customs or import duties may be applied once the package reaches its country of destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipping costs for returns due to customer error and/or oversight or because an item does not fit is the customer’s responsibility and will not be credited back upon receipt of items. We also will not credit back original shipping charges in those situations. For all other items, there is NO restocking fee whether you return for credit or return for exchange except on jerseys and orders over $1000. If you would rather ship the item back yourself please ship your returns via UPS, FedEx, or USPS only! We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size – AVIATA SPORTS will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. You will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly cover shipping BOTH ways. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. The benefit of this method is that your new order will ship immediately and hold your new product.
